Stimulating brain activity is critical when maintaining and treating MS cognitive function. Cognition can be maintained and even improved by doing daily puzzels like Sudoko or crosswords. Taking community enrichment classes is a wonderful opportunity to learn new subjects, hobbies, or reinforce what we knew before. earning, Writing, Reciting, Volunteering and socializing helps us to interact, be productive, encourage, and maintain our self esteem.
